About Lineman’s Landing

Lineman’s Landing was created with one goal in mind: to provide reliable, comfortable housing for students pursuing a career in the line trade.

We understand the demands of Northwest Lineman College — early mornings, long days, and the need for a place that supports focus and rest. Our housing is designed to be simple, functional, and distraction-free so students can concentrate on training and recovery.

Lineman’s Landing is proudly owned and operated by an IBEW Local 47 member, built by someone who understands the trade and the people in it.

Lineman’s Landing offers fully furnished, dorm-style student housing designed to support short-term stays during Northwest Lineman College training programs.

  • To secure housing, students must provide:

    • Government-issued ID

    • Proof of Northwest Lineman College enrollment

    • Proof of income or a co-signer

    • A refundable security deposit

    • A cleaning fee

  • Yes. Utilities are included as part of the housing arrangement, with reasonable usage limits.

  • Yes. All bedrooms and shared living areas are fully furnished.
